Terms & Conditions

Ranthambore Safari is a wildlife tourism company that accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods.

Please make sure to make payments only to the company’s accounts.

Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance. The remaining 50% can be settled upon arrival or at the start of your adventurous tour.

Travelers can also enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount of their package in advance to confirm the booking.

Travelers need to be responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.

Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels from our side.

Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, and travelers need to pay it directly to the hotel.

Check-in time at the accommodation is at 12:00 noon and check-out will be at 11:00 AM.

Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel.

If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, then we will be responsible for providing a room in a similar standard hotel.

For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room will be booked with an extra mattress.

Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the date of your travel.

The company is not liable for any kind of accident, loss/theft, or damage to luggage or anything.

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and also the safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances.
